During these times of uncertainty with the progression of the COVID-19 outbreak, we at Immerse India assure you that your safety and comfort remain our highest priority. Our thoughts and prayers are with those affected by this virus and those caring for them. We would like to share an update on everything we are doing to ensure maximum flexibility for your bookings and our complete care for your wellbeing when you stay with us.
With hotels and tourism services reopening after the COVID lockdown, there is a lot to consider for the industry to protect their guests and employees. Immerse India team, alongside its partner hotels, transport companies, guides, local excursion agencies, and other service providers, researched many protocols and SOPs and brought you COVID-READY recommendations followed by all of them, we start to travel again.

Step 01
Before you Arrive
- Pre-arrival guidelines and SOPs with all partners ensuring guidelines
- Online check-in will be proactively suggested for seamless stays
- Step up every precautionary measure possible at all touchpoints as the safety of our guests
Step 02
Upon your arrival
- Sanitized vehicles before and after every trip
- All touchpoints will be sprayed by disinfectant
- Luggage will be sprayed by disinfectant before loading in the vehicle
- Fabric seat covers are replaced with leather ones.
- We’re discontinuing newspapers, magazines, stationery, wet towels, snack baskets.
- Drivers & guides will be wearing masks and gloves.
Step 03
Excursions, sightseeing and travel
- Drivers & guides will be wearing masks and gloves.
- Greater use of digital ticketing and digital ticket inspections
- High standards of fresh air circulation and cleanliness of transport
- Choose Flexi-Timing of sightseeing when there is a minimal crowd at the monuments and places.
- The car will be disinfected after every trip from outside and within
- Spare masks and sanitizers in the vehicle
- Guests to be mandated to only sit in the back seat
Step 04
Protocols for our partner hotels and restaurants
- To maintain social distancing at all points
- Front Desks to have protection shields
- Guest elevators to operate with no more than two guests per elevator
- Mobile check-in to be encouraged, Mobile check-out mandatory for guests
- Guests baggage’s are sanitized before they are sent to the rooms.
- Rigorous cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, corridors and all common areas.
- Restaurants to reduce seating capacities and increase the space between tables
- Restaurants encouraged to keep A-la-carte menus; change of buffet setups
