We founded Immerse India with a mission to disrupt an age-old DMC culture and push the envelope of the inbound travel industry towards purposeful and sustainable travel in India. We soon realised that innovating the customer travel experience wasn’t enough: we had to evolve and reimagine beyond it.
The tourism industry is often associated with meagre wages, long hours without breaks, and unhealthy conditions for staff. Trade unions, if they exist, are usually too weak to protect workers effectively. We offer numerous upscaling opportunities, including guide training, office internship, and entrepreneurial exposure, empowering them with the skills needed for personal and professional growth.
