A lifelong traveller and keen observer, Ujjwal carries a deep conviction that the future of tourism lies in sustainability and inclusivity. His vision for Immerse India Tours is to reimagine journeys as catalysts for positive change—where each itinerary not only delivers unforgettable experiences but also uplifts local communities, protects ecosystems, and celebrates cultural diversity.

With over two decades of experience in India’s leading Destination Management Company, where he served as Vice President of Products & Procurement, Ujjwal worked at the crossroads of global travel and local communities. He helped international tour operators grow across the Indian Subcontinent, but always with an eye on balance—ensuring business growth did not come at the cost of cultural integrity or environmental health.

At Immerse, he leads with the belief that today’s actions shape tomorrow’s destinations. His mission is clear: to continue transforming Immerse India as a sustainable travel company in India that thrives not by consuming places, but by nurturing them—leaving behind richer cultures, stronger communities, and a healthier planet.
