It focuses on reducing the intensity of greenhouse gas emissions across our operations and itineraries while promoting responsible tourism and sustainable travel practices, built around three priorities: accurately measuring emissions, reducing their intensity across journeys, and educating partners and travellers to take climate action.

Our approach to climate action is simple and practical: measure what matters, reduce what we can, and engage everyone involved. By combining data-driven decisions with responsible tourism design and collective action, we turn intention into meaningful impact.
We monitor energy use, travel, and workplace activities to measure our direct emissions. This includes electricity consumption, heating and cooling, company vehicles, and business travel.
Each trip is assessed for emissions generated by ground transport, stays, local activities, and other high-impact areas, such as bus routes, hotel energy use, or excursion activities.
We measure the environmental performance of our supply chain partners, including hotels, activity providers, and local operators, for a sustainable travel.
